Low-energy houses
We realize custom-made low-energy houses or according to individual projects from customers. For low-energy houses we use MEDMAX construction system which was developed for construction of passive and low-energy houses. Ideal for house raising.
Passive houses
Passive houses are buildings with a comfortable inner environment in winter and summer season. Passive houses have such low energy consumption that they do not need standard heating systems. The annual heat consumption by passive houses is up to 15 kWh/m2 of a floor area.
